"Fujioka Tsubasa" is the first single off of Shorthand Phonetics second album "Apparently...I'm In Medicine / Love, or the Illusion of the Beginning Symptoms of It"
The single contains two songs:
1. "Fujioka Tsubasa [single version]" and
2. "I Could Have Learned So Much About Human Physiology and Bioethics If Hadn't Made This Song About One Unimportant, Insignificant Thing That Literally Happened That First September of Med School"
The A-side ("Tsubasa") is a character introduction piece dedicated to Fujioka Tsubasa and Hideaki's encounter with her. It is the second track off the album.
The B-side ("Med School") is a "Medicine / Love" outtake that didn't make it to the Shorthand Phonetics' second album as it was superseeded by the superiorly sounding "It's Not That She is Nothing, It's Just That She's Not Everything"
